Which devices can I use?
Sembo works with compatible hearing aids that support its Bluetooth communication protocol. It does not support every Bluetooth headset or hearing aid. Contact your device supplier to confirm compatibility.
Why can’t I find my hearing aids?
Check that the devices are powered on and nearby, Bluetooth is enabled, and required permissions are granted. On some Android versions, Bluetooth scanning also requires location permission or location services. If the device is connected elsewhere, disconnect it and try again.
How do I remove locally stored app data?
You can remove saved device records in the app. To clear local app data, use Android Settings → Apps → Sembo → Storage → Clear data. The current version does not require an account. Clearing app data does not necessarily reset settings already written to your hearing aids.
